Family Farm Ptasinski is a family-operated producer and supplier of high-quality dried vegetables based in Poland. We specialise in hot-air dehydration, using only natural processes without chemical treatment. This allows our vegetables to retain their natural flavour, colour and nutritional value, meeting the expectations of modern food manufacturers. All raw materials come exclusively from our own cultivation, covering approximately 1,000 hectares. Thanks to this vertically integrated model, the time from harvest to processing is limited to a maximum of 24 hours. Full control over cultivation and processing ensures complete traceability and consistent product quality across every batch.
