Dried Carrot – Manufacturer
We produce dried carrot from raw material grown exclusively on our own farms. It is an ingredient for the food industry and processing – stable in supply, consistent in quality and ready to use without thawing. We deliver it as flakes and strips, in bulk and for export.
Characteristics
After dehydration, carrot keeps its intense orange colour and natural sweetness. The dried product is light and free-flowing, with weight and volume many times smaller than fresh material. After rehydration it recovers its shape, colour and flavour, so it performs well wherever the appearance of the finished dish matters.
Parameters and cut sizes
We offer dried carrot as flakes 10×10×2 mm and 16×16×2 mm, and strips 3×3×30 mm and 2×2×10 mm. On request we prepare other cut sizes matched to the customer’s process. Moisture, granulation and packaging are set to the order specification.
Nutritional value and applications
Carrot is among the richest vegetable sources of β-carotene (provitamin A); drying concentrates its components – including fibre and potassium – in a low-volume product. In industry, dried carrot is used in soups and broths, seasoning blends, ready meals, sauces and vegetable mixes.
Quality and production
We run the entire production under HACCP, on stainless-steel lines approved for food contact. The raw material reaches the plant within 24 hours, is washed, sorted and cut, then heat-sterilised and hot-air dried – with no chemicals added.
Cooperation
We fulfil B2B orders of consistent quality and agreed cut parameters, for customers in Poland and the EU. Request a quote and specification.
